My uncle only got to be there a short time before he passed away. But all the staff were amazing so so helpful and caring. Sam and the gentleman in the office we brilliant. The home is very well kept. Thank you again for everything.
I try daily to phone my mother in law but unfortunately it is impossible to speak to her as normally it takes a good seven calls before anyone answers then if they do they cut you off. It’s very frustrating and this has been going on for a good few months.
