I was given a tour of this home. Everyone in the team smiled and said hello. The home is large with perfect facilities to meet dementia care. It was very clean and also the residents looked well cared for and engaged in activities. Management and the owner showed very good knowledge of resident needs.
My Mum was in Connaught House for 3 months, during this time she encountered several bruises / marks that were unexplained and finally a broken hip which resulted in surgery, again unexplainable. Following this we moved my Mum homes. I would not recommend this care home and would not place any of my loved ones here ever again!
