I spent about 60 hours visiting my Mum at Eighton Lodge over a few weeks. From what I observed the staff are excellent. They are kind, humorous, attentive and ever so patient. The residents are well attended, well fed, and their views are always sought. I feel very content that my Mum is well cared for, safe, and stimulated.
