Staff are lovely and attentive with residents and visiting staff. Would recommend this home for anyone looking for a care home for a loved one. Brilliant.
I had a stall at a summer fair here recently. I didn’t go inside but everyone I talked to spoke very highly of the home. Staff brought residents outside into the sunshine where they could enjoy the event and the atmosphere. It was a great day!
Very disgraceful care home, only one member of staff who ignored me by not caring for any of the residents in this Care home, I would advise anyone not to put any of their family members in this care home, that one female nursing staff never ever cared about my dad at all. Springvale Court care home needs to be shut down for good.
I was visiting springvale Court as part of there summer fair and I can not put into words how impressed I was from the moment I arrived until leaving. The whole atmosphere was amazing every resident I spoke to seemed happy the setting was like a home from home and the staff were helpful, friendly and happy
As an entertainer ,I always look for the interaction between staff and residents,the engagement goes above and beyond at Springvale Court, give yourselves a HUGE pat on the back , your residents smiles speak volumes ..Well done !!
