My Nan lives in this home and the duty of care is breath taking. The staff are polite and respectful and will recommend this house to anyone looking for a home away from home for their loved ones.
I visited the home with a friend who has her mother there and we stayed for over 2hours. The staff there are quite lovely and accommodating. In my short time there, they showed care and patience towards the seniors and it was lovely to see
It is a wonderful place to be, as the staff are friendly, hospitable, and welcoming. They maintain a high level of professionalism and have been efficient as well. The engagement and activities are always enjoyable, and I would like to visit again.
