An enjoyable visit with Guide Dogs today to attend a coffee morning held for residents and their families. We had a very warm welcome from Donna and her friendly team and lots of chats with the residents who came to say hello to us and of course Ambassador dogs Jax and Sally. Looking forward to a return visit.
My Mum has been in this home for just over a year now and loves being there. The staff are all very friendly and approachable and help the residents and families where they can. They have a very nice coffee shop where families and residents can meet and have a drink and chat. Mum is being well looked after and cared for.
