Absolutely outstanding. Staff are attentive to the individual needs of all their residents and are unfailingly cheerful. I stayed for two weeks post-op recovery and experienced first-hand the splendid care here. I also observed the kindness and care given to all the other residents. Nowhere better.

My son stayed on a few occasions and was so happy. The care my son recieved was the best. The staff are caring in every way. The residents were all welcoming. The Alexandra centre is a lovely happy home.
I cant speak highly enough of the Management and their team. They are totally committed to meeting the needs of each individual service user. A relaxed, friendly, peaceful place to call home. If only this place was the standard everywhere.
Outstanding , friendly and caring nursing home. Its a home from home. Lots of activities and day trips out. Always someone willing to help with a smile.
