The place is well presented. Unfortunately some staff let it down. A few have a fantasy that all questions are entitled demands (rather than simple requests for basic information) and so are well armed with aggressive and sarcastic replies. In short, unhelpful.
My Dad was here from 2018 to 2020. Lovely home with caring staff. Always made to feel very welcome and Dad always clean, well fed and looked after. Beautiful home with lovely gardens, hairdressers, coffee lounge etc all on site. Definitely recommend
