I would like to say a huge Thank you for the care and compassion that my 92 year old mother is receiving at The Gouldings. I have rung several times to speak to my Mum and everyone of the excellent care team have been so helpful and kind even though they are extremely busy
These people are angels on earth. The love and care given to my dear uncle were beyond my imagination. I thank them for their kindness and gentleness at a very sad time for us. Thank you all for your love and support to us.

An amazing place - every single person I have met is caring, friendly, and above-and-beyond helpful. I couldn't ask for a better place for my grandmother to spend her last days.
My mam is staying here every time I call there's always something wrong and I can't speak with her now she's 91 just lost her husband i think the staff are hiding something but I live over 300 miles away tonight told she was having her tea phone back 630 tried ringing just rings n cuts off contacting council and social services
