The staff at Vecta house are brilliant, super friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and caring. From the first day my mother moved in I am aware of the staff working toward an improvement in her mental and physical health, for example by placing a bird feeder on the outside of her window, a very thoughtful thing to do.
