I have a relative at Havengore House. The staff are caring and very kind. The home is always clean. No smells, lively and pleasant, food very good. The activity organised is so sweet, strongly recommend to all.

My Mum has been in Havengore since Autumn 2024 and I have to say that they have been fantastic. My Mum has never been happier. When I visit her I can see that the whole team spoil her rotten and are co caring and compassionate. The care team are amazing. Thank you for caring so much for my mum!!

My Nan has been in this care home for 3 years. My family feel we were mis sold this when we bought her here. We were told they have days out, she’s not had 1 outing. They had a lovely garden but since her stay they have built more rooms …

I visit my uncle regularly and he always looks happy and content and is very well cared for. The home is friendly and they have lots of activities going on such as singers performing for the residents , days out , Birthday parties . The home is dementia friendly and the staff are very professional .
