My sister was living here but sadly passed away earlier this year. Her husband is now there. I cannot express how lovely the staff have been with both of then and also how well we have been looked during our visits from Autralia. Too much praise is still not enough!

Jane manager was uncaring rubbish and deffinetly in the wrong job! Lovely home when Gary a genuine caring owner had it before. Just been told Jane's been sacked so hopefully holywell's standards will come back to the wonderful and caring standard it had when Gary owned it. Sad it lost so many good staff when Jane took over!
Very little communication with staff. Just received a bill for my relative's final few days of care before she died. Just the bill and nothing more, insensitive at best and crass at worst at a time when I am grieving the loss of my loved one. Can, and should, do better.
