Receptionist very unwelcoming. My visit was very sensitive and emotional and she was very hostile. On leaving I tried to thank the same 2 members of staff on reception - I might as well have been invisible. No wonder a resident told me "it's horrible here". Shocking.
Upon entering Nesbit always welcoming staff at reception and back offices. My mum has been here since October 24. She is happy and content always well presented clean and tidy as is her room and bathroom. The nursing staff and carers are very attentive and always happy to answer any questions I may ask regarding mum.
I visited Nesbit House today for the first time. From the moment I walked in it feels so welcoming and homely and truly is such a beautiful home. It is fantastic that dogs can visit too ( a lovely touch with the dog treats and water bowl …
I visit on a weekly basis, have been in lots of care homes, but this is by far the best. So friendly and homely and caring.
