There are not enough words to say how much care and love was given to my dad in the last few days of his life. He was at kite hill for a very short time but you would think they new him a lifetime. Thank you
Heavy front door. No staff in sight at reception, let in by intercom. Did not see signing in facility. Smelt of urine. Food served looked like mushed baked beans, not fresh vegetables or meat for a potato hash. Too short staffed. When you do see staff they are friendly.

Kite Hill care home is a good caring home from home.All the residents are well looked after good food and very good care .The staff go the extra mile to make the residents feel at home they are kind and considerate. Good value home.
