The care that has been shown to my grandmother has been second to none. Whenever I visited I was always greeted so warmly by the staff and nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them. The home is in a beautiful area, the rooms are lovely and clean. Very lucky to have found Lapal.
The care that was given to our nan from the moment she went to Lapal was faultless. She was given the best possible care by the friendliest, most helpful staff and was made very comfortable there.
