EMA Patient Transport were at this lovely care home this week, where we transferred a resident from another care home. The care home is fantastic and the staff were superb during transition.
I found Lawnbrook to be a most caring rest home, throughout the lockdown they were absolutely “on the case”, they worked well under great pressure, and I commend them. Sadly my mum passed away recently but the care she received was exemplary, many thanks to all the staff, their selfless care was obvious and greatly appreciated
Very caring staff, friendly and accommodating, good environment for eldery infirm, great carers, Fit for purpose building. Did a fantastic job observing covid restrictions and ppe / social distancing. Excellent at communicating with family.
Care home with no nursing care. The staff have made my mother, who has dementia, seem comfortable and settled. Sadly now having to move her again as apparently she now needs nursing care.
