Recently visited my grandfather. Staff were very courteous and warm with both myself and residents. Atmosphere was very pleasant. I was pleased to note that the manager was very active on the floor and very friendly. I would highly recommend this carehome to families. :)
My dad is in leatherland, cannot fault the quality of care he has received from staff. When my dad first went into the home he wasn’t eating Kerry the manager went above and beyond to help him settle in and to get him eating again , I cannot thank her enough.
