Very unhelpful staff, management, night nurse. Deputy manager are very useless not helpful at all. The main manager are very unhelpful never helps carers. Very rude care co-ordinator. The only one things was great residents to talk to and get to know. If I could I’m wouldn’t give any star at all.
Can't fault the care. Nurses and carers are very kind and work well as a team. Home is beautiful, like a hotel and doesn't smell as some do. I highly recommend it.
My father stayed for a few days in October while my sister moved into her house. All the staff were lovely helpful and very professional . Would definitely recommend.
