My dad came here in December after a number of severe decline and a number of falls resulting in a broken hip. In the 5 months he's been in Thursby he has really improved. Very good staff and …
We placed my dad in here , thinking he would we well cared for - especially given he had a terminal illness . We were mistaken . Quality of care was poor , the food served was shocking and communication massively lacking . Recently filed a complaint, which of course , they have responded with a complete whitewash.
Has wild rabbits that share the greenery at the care home.
