Mum left in her room all the time , no stimulation , needs help to mobilise.Collected her more than once and she was in clothes covered in food .Said we were taking her out to lunch.Not in lobby as requested.Retired GP .Wouldnt have recommended this place to my patients
My dad was over medicated , man handled and neglected for the 5 days that he was there. It was completely heartbreaking to see him after his ordeal. He would never return and as a family I would never recommend anyone put a relative there.
