Norwood is an excellent care home with such dedicated, loving staff. They gave exceptional care to my mother for over 3 years and were so kind to both her and us as a family when she passed away in August. I cannot fault them.
My mother lived with dementia for over ten years, and towards the last year of her life required 24 hour care. Norwood welcomed her into their care and treated her with kindness, dignity and respect. I cannot thank them enough for the exceptional standard of care she received from the Home.
Honestly this place just feels so homely and I can confidently say my Grandma is being treated like family there. The staff are always so friendly and are insanely good at communication with all the families :)
