My dad feels at home here. The staff are excellent and care for his emotional needs as well as physically, they have got to know him well and know how to make him laugh. Staff are always available to chat especially when I have any concerns about dad. They keep me well informed. We are so pleased that we chose Shaftesbury House.
My Nan is a resident here.Staff are really friendly and there are a couple of cats wondering around for the residents. Place is tidy and clean.
