When I visit my relative on the Willow Unit, I find the facilities are kept to a good standard. The staff have been wonderful and very caring. One member of staff, I believe her name is Victoria, made a real effort to make me feel comfortable, which I really appreciated.
In such a difficult time, the reception staff were luxious and an absolute ray of light tbh. The young blond one stands out to me, her kindness will never be forgotten. It was really a ghastly time for our family but having such a kind (and beautiful) face on reception made all the difference.
I have visited a few times to see various people and it’s always so lovely and clean in here! All the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable - there is a lovely young blonde girl (didn’t catch her name, sorry!) who is always so welcoming and kind (and funny haha 😁) …
My mother has been discharged from the rehabilitation unit back home with a package of care. The process was excellent. This unique unit exceeded all my expectations. It could have been a very different outcome. Highly recommend.
