Was visiting and saw another man saying he was in pain. I found a nurse, and she said 'im in this room. So I can't go to the other room. Everyone's on lunch so can't you just wait with him?' I explained im not staff, nor do I know who he was. I was visiting another relative. She scoffed at me and I had to find someone else to help.

I can't fault the staff here. Easy to get to via the number 5 bus. Buses every 10 minutes.
