My Dad recently spent 2weeks here in respite care. He was looked after brilliantly. Nothing was too much trouble and the carers were always happy and helpful. The accommodation was lovely and the facilities for visitors were great. I would highly recommend West Oak.
I have been there couple of time to visit home and a team and I was impressed with level of care staff is providing to residents. The home has very homely vibe where the residents feel relaxed and comfortable. Managent team is very approachable and supportive. The food quality is excellent. Would definitely recommend this place.
My Mum who has dementia seems to be very happy here. She says she likes the carers and nurses and the food is very nice also.
Staff always give 100% to the care of the residents. Nothing is too much trouble . I would recommend anyone to stay at West Oak Care Home Wokingham.
