The fabulous gingerbread man as you drive past this home makes your smile every morning. When going in its just as happy and there is such much happening there. The visit was an absolute joy whilst dropping off some Christmas gifts.

You do great things for the residents but any chance of the maintenance crews actually picking your leaves up rather than blowing them out of all the bushes and your property then blowing down the road so to make the place look rubbish and then being someone else's problem.
