Very poor hygiene standards. There are plenty of rats around. The staff incharge are very rude and they mistreat the patients and the workers. 1 patient was made to pick up his tablet from the floor and ingest the same dirty tablet. I request CQC to close this place down.
Really really bad experience. Staff are actually scared of the people who live their. The place smells disgusting and it's to breath. Rats everywhere and no control over pests.
