Just a review to say thank you to all the staff for looking after Betty Sweeney. She wasn't with you long but everyone looked after her brilliantly and I can't fault the care everyone gave. She was happy with you all and only had nice things to say herself. Thank you for all your care, Betty's daughter and family.
This home is really improving. I love the new decor. The staff are lovely and really care about my relative. The manager is approachable and knows all about the residents. Five stars for trying.
