Care home. So far good experience for parent. The outside "shed" referred to in reviews is actually a family room to give privacy for conversations, warm, loo if needed. Really great from.my point of view.

Most disappointed about the Roosliyn clinic I have contact with them and I was so disappointed the receptionist did not talked to me properly and hangs up the calls while I was talking. Very very poor behaviour I couldn’t believe it.
Poorly run and organised visitor's could only see family in outhouse shack, felt like attending under an HMP visiting order
