A REAL REVIEW!!!!!!!! What a horrible home this place has turned into. The staff leave the residents suffering and just talk over them and ignore them. 10yrs ago it was a lovely place, then the constant change over of managers and staff is …
my dad was in this home, the care he received was amazing, never have I seen him smile so much. He always waved at the staff and everyone always had the time to smile, wave and say hello to him, that meant everything to him.
If I could give this place less than one star I would. Most of the staff are lovely and try their hardest but with not enough staff there is only so much they can do which is not good enough.
This place has really gone down the pan staff leaving in there drives terrible management unhappy residents avoid like the plague
