Recently stayed here whilst on a business trip, our room was the first room in the property at the front door and closest to the main road yet we slept perfectly, Ronnie went above and beyond, also provided us with an hair dryer and iron which made the misses happy! We have already enquired about staying again.
The litmus test for a great BB is both a very comfortable bed and lovely pillows ..which Sutton Guest House offers! Spacious room, clean, good facilities, simple self service breakfast, very reasonable, delightful owner Ronnie. Warmly recommended!

We had a fabulous week at Sutton Guest House. Ronnie is lovely and responsive to queries. Clean and spacious room and hot shower was perfect for our needs. It’s great value for money with off street parking as well. Easy walk up the road to Wylde Green for supermarkets and restaurants. Thanks Ronnie for a great week!
