Visited the home today, theres always a lovely warm welcome to the home. I’m the Regional Business Manager for Healthcare Homes and visit weekly. It’s great to speak with the Residents & Relatives on my visits. Good to see that the teams work really hard together to provide such amazing care.
I have been visiting The Hillings for a few years now delivering chair based exercise sessions. All of the staff and activity coordinators are so attentive and kind. The residents are cheerful and happy which makes our sessions so joyful and fun. I look forward to our Thursday session every week!
Took my mother in law to have a look around. Appalled at the smell of the place. Doesn’t seem to of been painted in years. Depressing environment. Inappropriate behaviour by manager who seemed excited that she had just had to deal with an emergency as though it was the highlight of her day. Came out absolutely horrified
