Been trying to get someone to answer the phone for at least half an hour between 5.30 and 6 pm. “Please wait while we connect you” then big fat nothing. Really annoying, and poor, and my only experience of the home so far. First impressions do matter.
My Gran was in this facility until she had to go into hospital, where she died. Apart from that, I think she enjoyed the experience. Tony Wright
