The experience with the home is awful! The receptionist team are terrible! They couldn’t care less! The new manager doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing! He’s allowing staff to bully my partner it’s completely unacceptable. I hope my report to cqc with fix this but I won’t hold my breath
So happy mum is here. Such a weight off my mind that she's being cared for. The Lodge is a well oiled machine and mum is happy, too! X
Mum came to reside here recently, this place is amazing, cannot praise the staff and management here enough, mum's needs are catered for in every way possible, Thankyou to all you guys who work tirelessly for everything you have done and continue to do.
Staff are very caring to patients, although they have a lot of residents to look after. Some times the food could be better suited to the elderly.
first visit to see my nan today and she looks happy so to me thats amazing also caring staff lovely surroundings ty for looking after my nan and all u do x
