Looked after my aunt really well in her last days and supported her son who had travelled from across the world to be with her. Attended to her for pain relief when required and listened to our concerns and acted on them when necessary. Recommend from our own experience.
My Nana was often heavily sedated and left un-properly dressed. She was left alone for hours, confused and scared. Strange visitors roamed freely and the owners behaved oddly. The whole place felt chaotic and uncaring. Very, very sad. Please, avoid the pain — do not leave your loved ones here.
My mum went in this nursing home in November 23 she was only in there for 5 days, found staff very rude and the manager was very rude and am professional , my mum room was dirty wides cross the floor which is dangerous the buzzer didn't …
Didn't take care of my Nan , ignored her when using the buzzer for their attention and place has poor hygiene.
Lovely clean home good careing staff , looked after my father in law in his final year nothing but praise for them
