My mother has been a resident for nearly 2 years and I cannot fault the care she receives. The staff are amazing and and go above and beyond in caring for the residents. I highly recommend Vi and John.

Some of the staff need training in respect and understanding to residents and there family. I am taking my complaint to the ombudsman. Some of the staff HAVE NO COMPASSION to residents and there family. Some of the staff HAVE NASTY and SPITEFUL TONGUES and should not comment on personal family matters.
My mum is a resident here. They are a lovely bunch and do an amazing job.
