My Grandad is in White Beach, one of the Coast Care Homes in St Leonards and I am so impressed with the care he has received. He has flourished in this care home; the staff are so caring and loving and there are so many activities for all of the residents to enjoy. Could not recommend more highly.
The most poorly managed care home I've experienced cleaning poor food poor if you dont eat ehat you're given you get abused by staff
I have great admiration for the carers they go above and beyond their pittance pay. Shame the same thing cannot be extended to the owners and managers
Called to ask details of job vacancies. Very rude lady just put the phone down and hung up. If that isn't awful customer service I don't know what is. Avoid!
