Best friends husband placed here, before being moved. Many aspects of care fell far short of reasonable expectations. Problems numerous included not being able to locate own clothes which were never found. Injection not administered in a timely manner & general unwillingness to resolve identified problems. Proceed with caution.
My 92 year old mum is a resident at the Home since July & she loves it , her carers are great, her room is roomy with a lovely wet room ensuite. And she keeps telli g the food is good too !
Not happy with one of the staff who works there ripped my friend of 900 pound old man of 69
Friendly well trained staff with excellent support services. Situated at very peaceful place.
