I have visited Abbey Chase on a number of occasions and every time I have visited, I have been made to feel welcome. All staff have been polite, welcoming and supportive. The home has a lovely feel about it and the management team have answered any question's I have had.
Could not ask for a better place for my parents. Staff, nursing and management have shown nothing but care and kindness that is so important to both my sisters and I at such a worrying time. My parents are happy and comfortable and the rooms are spotless. It does feel like home to them.
Definitely would not recommend. Most of the staff don't even have a basic level of English. My mother is staying for a short stay after recovery from an operation. Staff only appear st mealtimes. Food is often delivered cold. On at least 5 …
This is a lovely home where everyone is made to feel welcome. I made a visit the other week and was shown around the home. The staff were engaging with residents doing activities and enjoyed participating in the quiz. There are photos on the wall where is shows Maria and Gino provide a fun place to be for all.
