Don't think my mum was looked after very well,she was always saying they were horrible to her and locking people in the cupboard,tried to keep her away from people,eye was never cleaned out,never had phone on,had to look for someone to help …

Very caring staff, good range of activities on offer, Mum's needs for particular food well catered for. The bedroom was warm and had a beautiful view. The team worked so hard and managed to be so pleasant throughout Mum's residence. Would definitely recommend this care home.
