Always under staffed foreign staff can't speak English unable to address you properly or carry on a conversation. Only phone if problem just before they go off shift. No manager ever available don't answer the phone or no staff to bring mum …

Definitely understaffed no activities with residents every time we have been in poor communication with nurses as some don't speak English that well and no im not being racist its not the right place for my mother in law to be in very disappointed with the home

I am extremely happy with Blair house, the staff are brilliant. My dad has been their since December and is doing very well. I could not be happier with staff or management, always able to answer any query I have, I know have peace of mind and starting to sleep again, knowing my dad is being so well cared for.

My mother has been here for 6 months. Impossible to get an update on her care. I’m in NZ & no one ever answers the phone. Been unable to speak to staff or my mother since Christmas.

Staff dont understand english. Mostly agency workers. . Good if u sleep in a chair & cos them no hassle. They say they do activities. Never seen any. No manager 2 speak 2. Always an acting up one who knows nothing 🙈🙈 …
