Very much the same experience as Sam Fleming. My mother was seven years in the place and the staff on the ground were very good but when she passed not a word, award or attendance at her funeral from the management.
Staff in the ground were very good. However after my mother had a fall and was taken to hospital , the home did not enquire or send any form of condolences after she died four days later. Sad feeling of having no value.
Under staffed in our opinion. Unable to cope with dementia patients. The care was poor
Wonderful establishment our family owe all at this home our eternal gratitude for the way they looked after my late father. Thank you.
