I had the pleasure of meeting Kim (manager) and her fantastic caring team today. Had a lovely tour of the home and left with a real sense of warmth and recognition of continuity within the care provided.
Behaviour from staff members were far from acceptable. Not much more to say about this place other than stay clear .
