Contrary to other posts my experience is very positive, care of my mother in law was first class, very professional. Communication with staff was good and they could not have done more for my mother in law in her final days
Absolutely no communications I have tried several times to phone to find out how my Mum is but phone constantly engaged over 1 hour I now give up yet we hoped for updates …
My grandad has recently gone into Washington manor and I'm highly impressed by the care and attention he receives in there he has come on leaps and bounds as was very lonely and depressed at home .They have plenty activities to keep him entertained and all our family can feel rest assured he is being well looked after .
I am a student doing work experience placement here and I am impressed it is a lovely place …
