Great caring staff, my sister as been here for many months now and the staff have been very caring and warm towards her and the rest of our family throughout this difficult time, the centre is spotless when it comes to cleanleness and the food is of a good quality, we know that she is being given the best possible care and treatment

Excellent staff, very attentive and caring towards residents. Good choice of foods for residents. Spacious inside area. Spacious outside seating area. Family members are always made feel welcome. Staff are approachable and friendly. Residents' rooms are clean, bright, and welcoming.

My father was staying at this home he was not treated well at, this home he was spoken to with no respect, lossed most of his clothing and as for personal care well they need more training. He had lost weight while in this care home.

We had a lovely afternoon tea at Windsor Care Centre today, for our residents. All those attending enjoyed the Music, Tea and Snacks. All our residents enjoyed singing together. Thank you everyone for making our day special.
